New York Times before, but I don't think the link was working properly. It's such a good article about reaching behaviorally challenged foster children that I wanted to share it again! I have written about allowing areas in the classroom so children can decompress or escape for a few minutes. For the children in this article, it's especially important because this is the first school designed to serve broken families---over
1/3 of the students are in foster care!
